Delivery

Free UK delivery in 2-3 working days. Your mattress arrives roll-packed or flat in protective wrapping. Please check that it fits your stairs and doorways before you order.

10 Year Warranty

• Years 1-2: full warranty. We'll repair or replace your mattress free of charge for any manufacturing defect.
• Years 3-10: guarantee period. Repairs at cost price only, never marked up.

Care

• Rotate head-to-toe every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then every 3 months. This mattress is non-turn, so don't flip it.
• Use a mattress protector to keep it fresh and protect your warranty.
• Air your new mattress for a few hours on arrival. A slight new-product smell is normal and fades quickly.
• Spot clean only, with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not soak.
• Use on a solid or sprung base with slats no more than 7 cm apart.
• Natural settlement of 2-3 cm in the fillings is normal and isn't a fault.

Free delivery to most UK mainland addresses, usually within 2-3 working days. We'll email you tracking details and the courier will give you a delivery window on the day. Some remote postcodes may take a little longer.

Cash on Delivery: choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the driver in cash when your mattress arrives. We'll call you to confirm your order and delivery day.

Sleep on your Noxsi mattress for 100 nights. A new mattress can take a few weeks to feel right, so give it time. After at least 30 nights, if it still isn't right, contact us before night 100 and we'll exchange it once for a different firmness or Noxsi model. Please use a mattress protector so it stays in clean, hygienic condition.

You can also cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and return it for a refund. See our refund policy for full terms.
