Delivery & Returns
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and there's nothing to pay online. We'll call or WhatsApp you within 1 working day to confirm your order and delivery day, then you pay the driver in cash when your mattress arrives. Please have the exact amount ready. You still get free delivery, our 100 Night Comfort Exchange and the 10 year warranty.
How long does delivery take?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders. Delivery typically takes 5-10 working days from order confirmation.
Is delivery really free?
Yes — completely free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend.
What happens if I want to return my mattress?
You can cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery and return the mattress for a refund (you pay the return cost, and we may reduce the refund if it has been stained, damaged or heavily used). After 30 nights and before night 100, our 100 Night Comfort Exchange also lets you exchange it once for a different firmness or model. Faulty items are always refunded or replaced. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we deliver to mainland UK only. Contact us for Scottish Highlands and island delivery.
Comfort Exchange & Warranty
How does the 100 Night Comfort Exchange work?
Sleep on your Noxsi mattress for at least 30 nights. If it still isn't right, contact us before night 100 and we'll exchange it once for a different firmness or Noxsi model, with collection and redelivery included. If the new mattress costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we refund the difference.
What does the 10 year warranty cover?
Our 10 year warranty is split into two periods. Years 1-2: full warranty — any manufacturing defects, spring failures or structural issues are repaired or replaced completely free of charge. Years 3-10: guarantee period — repair service available at cost price for any structural issues. We will never charge more than the actual cost of repair.
When does the warranty start?
Your 10 year warranty starts from the date of delivery.
How do I make a warranty claim?

Are your mattresses really made in the UK?
Yes — every single Noxsi mattress is handcrafted in Britain. We will never outsource our manufacturing overseas.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer Single (90x190cm), Small Double (120x190cm), Double (135x190cm), King (150x200cm), Super King (180x200cm).
What firmness options are available?
The Essential, Luxe and Signature come in Soft, Medium or Firm. The Classic, Comfort and Natural each have one carefully balanced feel. Not sure which is right for you? Take our Mattress Finder quiz.
How do I care for my mattress?
Rotate your mattress every 3 months. No need to flip. Use a mattress protector to keep it fresh. Avoid jumping on the mattress.
What are your mattresses made of?
It depends on the model. Our range runs from a traditional open coil (Classic) to pocket-sprung (Essential, Comfort), pillow-top (Luxe) and hybrid designs with mini pocket springs and memory or cooling gel layers (Natural, Signature). Each product page has a full layer-by-layer breakdown.
